No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside home. No pets.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Check-in with electronic lock code after 4pm. Check-out before 10am. Guests must vacate premises on or before 10:00 AM. If not, guests will be charged $350.00 a day for incoming guests hotel accommodations.
Enjoy your time in the Peaceful side of the Smokies, and be considerate of the neighbors to do the same.
Street parking can accommodate three smaller vehicles or two large trucks.
50% of accommodation fees due with reservation. The remaining accommodation and fees will be due 15 days before check-in.
All items must be returned to their original place, if something is missing or broken, you will be charged.
